  February 22, 2014 - Drank this over 2 nights, with no real change. A clear-ish color. Some sweet cherry on pop n pour. Some bitterness and tannins. Five hours after opening, the bitterness disappeared. I was looking forward to drinking this bottle, which was gifted to me by a friend. It ain't no Sojourn.
