  July 3, 2007 - (at The Modern – NYC, from 375ml) Garnet / purple though not opaque. Very Medoc like nose of cassis and smoke. Pure and full on the palate. This is a very nice 2000 that is still an infant, but a pleasure to drink now in this format. This has the stuffing and balance to only improve with another 10 years of bottle age. (93+)
