  March 20, 2014 - Notes from day 2. Aromas of red & black raspberry, sauerkraut, and potpourri. The raspberries carry over to the palate adding red & black cherries initially. The midpalate has spice and dried flowers. All of the above come back on the very lengthy finish. High acidity, medium tannins. I need to grab another bottle or two to lay down for several years. Off the beaten path but a well made, structured, complex, tasty wine.
