    March 24, 2014 - Excellent wine!
Medium ruby colored with an expressive nose which shows freshness and purity of berry and dark cherry fruit.
Oak is present but subtle - charred and american- giving a spicy edge. The wine has medium+ weight on the palate, texture
is smooth, tannins are of excellent quality ripe and soft. Acidity balances fruit very nicely. Flavors are of berry and cherry fruit,
spices (esp. black pepper) while present are some floral notes as well. Fruit is much riper on the palate than on the nose. Finish
is very good. Excellent wine, great with food, great pleasure!
