April 12, 2014 - "sur lie" technique, after the fermentation is done they leave the grapes to rest with the spent yeast; adds complexity to the flavor and aroma.
Lots of leather aromas and flavors. Also ripe fruit and some dried fruit (figs, raisins) sweetness. Very good to drink on its own, not sure what it would pair with.959 views
