  May 14, 2014 - Served from magnum. Slightly gold colour with tiny, pinprick bubbles. Rich and quite full bodied yet refreshing on the palate with plenty of oyster shell notes. Hint of burnt caramel and quite sweet in the mouth but not in any way unbalanced. Really lovely and another example of an excellent 98 champagne.
