May 26, 2014 - Nose: still a little fruit but more like stewed fruit, almost tomato. Also stewed sweet fruit, and some secondary notes like leather. Some herbs as well. Nose: nice tartness. The leather makes it through onto the palate. Hint of unripe strawberries and stems. A little dusty.
