May 29, 2014 - Aerated an hour. Somewhat pale ruby red colour. A bit closed in the beginning. Opened up in the glass. Impressive aromas with lots of mature dark fruits, blackcurrant, warm spices and forest floor. On the palate it followed on with mixed dark berries, dried tomatoes, herbs and mushrooms. Nice concentration and complexity. Perfect acidity and integrated tannins. A very delicate and elegant wine. Paired with duck.
