June 5, 2014 - Decanted for 1 hour. Rich, complex and well structured wine. It took a while to open up, but it was worth the wait.Presented drab red colour, consistent and with a golden rim. Medium intense but complex on nose. At first beautiful strawberry and violet perfum. Nice lingering vanilla aroma. Resting in glass I got this elegant, distinct and fresh clove note. Just great! Medium body, fresh, present tanins but soft on throat. Ripe sweet raspberry, spices and wood note. Persistent finish, with chocolate, vanilla and butter. This can get bigger in 1 or 2 years, but, if you let it breath, is drinking nicely now. I'll surely revisit this one.
