  June 5, 2014 - Interesting wine. Decanted about an hour and still tasted like cherry syrup. The next day, all the red citrus was gone and full bodied black fruit emerged that was substantive, complex, and enjoyable. Also a strong backbone that suggests it can go several more years. Good finish. Didn't like so much day 1, but really enjoyed day 2.
