  June 14, 2014 - popped in the am, slow ox'd in the fridge until the evening. this is a deftly made wine. certainly ripe and new world, with an oak treatment to provide a plush texture, but everything was balanced and pure and focused. lots of deep black and purple fruits, with lovely concentration and meaty secondaries. I loved this today, and it will age very well. If scoring, 93-95. Wish I had more.
