  July 11, 2014 - Grapefruit citrus and a hint of yeast on the nose; on the palate, pear, grapefruit, lemon, a hint of sulfur, and a bit of nuttiness/buttery pastry on the finish. The fruit gives this a sweet feel as it hits the tongue, although the numbers say this is extra brut. I have had two bottles of this that were excellent, three that were good, two that underperformed, and one that was corked; this bottle is in the good range.
