  August 13, 2014 - What a conflicted review... an amazing wine that is everything that Paso can be, and at the same time is overpriced on the auction market due to its status. 8 hrs of air on it and probably could have used an overnight. Huge nose, with major grapey Paso goodness. Such a massively dense velvety wine that I'm sure has old world detractors, but they're not focused on what lies beneath. It is the second best Paso wine I've had, and if it had a little more depth in the mid, I'd call it the first. The finish is absolutely bonkers, and I'd say you've got 7-10 years before it all comes together, and another 5-10 beyond that to hold peak.
