August 18, 2014 - Wow, great wine. The time has done it well, and will go many more years. At first still closed, but with a 3 hr decNt opened up a lot. Espresso, extremely dark chocolate, black fruits, and earth are where this wine is at. Awesome with ribeye, herbed fingerling potatoes, and grilled cauliflower. Packed with flavor but falling into the 'cocktail wine'category for me with the high extraction and alcohol level. An absolutely fabulous wine nonetheless, will buy more and wish I had more of this to save. A special wine. 15% ABV! imported by Jorge Ordonez. Buy again.
