  June 6, 2005 - What a nose! This is just a wonderful wine to inhale; however it is quite closed on the palate. Dense and opaque in the glass, the wine coats the tongue but isn't giving much love at the moment. I would hold for another 2 years and give it plenty of air; good potential for a few more points upon maturity. I would add that this is my preference for value--a wine that has rich nose and flavor, longevity and under $40.
