  April 6, 2014 - Paris Club dinner with JK (Chicago): This started out a little subdued and slightly funky, but over a couple hours kept getting better. My last sip was the best. Once it opened, elegant red fruit, dried roses, spice and a potpourri of other nuances on the nose. Fresh and lively on the palate with nice energy and grip on the finish. The complex delicacy of this wine was quite an intellectual experience.
