  September 14, 2014 - This is the second time I've had this bottle and it was outstanding. The first time the word "Wow" just came out of my mouth, and this time the same thing...Wow! It's a phenomenal bottle. I don't usually drink Chardonnay, but this is unlike other Chardonnay's. It has body, but is delicate, it has the classic butter and vanilla along with citrus notes, but is not overbearing, it finishes smooth with some slight lingering after-taste on the tongue, but not overdone. I would say that this is to Chardonnay, what a extra virgin is to olive oil. I'm not a white wine drinker, but I could become one with Freestone.
