  September 21, 2014 - This is a great old vine Zin. The tanins really start to work a few minutes after opening so be sure to let rest for at least 10 minutes, assuming you can wait that long before pouring or tasting.
  
  Hearty like a Cab, earthy with hints of cassis and blackberry, though it is a bit thin it has bold flavor and a dark purple color.
