  October 4, 2014 - Nose: There is a balanced richness to the nose with dark red cherries, vanilla, chocolate, licorice, and some mint tones. There is excellent depth with good balance too.
  
  Taste: Full bodied with noticeable tannins. The tannins are a bit stern, perhaps showing off the vintage, but the feel is very balanced with dark red cherries, licorice, chocolate, mint, and a touch of herbs on the back end.
  
  Overall: This is a cab that has plenty of time left. It had about 2 hours of air and the tannins are far from resolved.
