  November 10, 2014 - Medium straw color. Smallish bubbles and good acid. Redolent baked apple flavors. Earlier in the week had a Roederer L'Ermitage from Anderson Valley as well and they seem to be taking both houses in that direction. Could have stood some citrus, mineral, and yeast flavors. Actually hope this is not a direction that Roederer is heading in California. It's pleasant, but lacking in complexity.
