  November 21, 2014 - Aerated with a Vinturi and decanted for one hour. Aromas of blackberry, blueberry, mocha, pepper and licorice. Blackberry jam, blueberry, licorice, milk chocolate, dried herbs and soft, fine tannins on the palate. Leads to a long, soft dry finish. Full bodied with a dense texture. Drinking well.
