November 25, 2014 - A delicious steak in a bottle blend. Nice crispness and fruit that is low in alcohol (13.8%). Blend is 40% Cab Sauv, 40% Merlot, 20% Mourvedre from Wahluke Slope in Yakima, WA. Look forward to drinking the next bottle with actual steak. Yum!
