  December 20, 2014 - Yellow. Underripe pineapple. Textural but seems a bit lighter than usual for this cuvee. Off dry. Slightly crystallized tropical fruit is joined by a twist of citrus, and a ton of earth that I associate with Clos du Bourg carries through to the end. Excellent sugar/acid balance in this bottle. I've had this a few times this year. Whereas last time, I did not find a lot of structure, tonight was very different. Just a dream Demi-Sec in terms of balance.
