December 21, 2014 - Black cherries with lots of cola, sassafras and vanilla extract. Some herbal notes. Palate is restrained. Light bodied +. Good clean integrates acidity. Well balanced. Not my favorite flavor profile with the cola and sassafras but a very well made wine.
