  December 26, 2014 - Cassis aromas pour out of the decanter, yummy. Decanted for 3 hours and I'm not sure it needs it. Fine tannins but nothing aggressive. Deep maroon color with cassis, dark plum, and light toasted oak flavors. Solid wine, as usual, but not out of this world. Have two more and not worried about more aging, the fruit is prevalent without any signs of aging.
