  December 27, 2014 - At the decade mark and I could not resist opening one of my bottles for Christmas. I was not disappointed, nor were my guests. This wine is deep, dark, and full of chocolate, vanilla, and 15 sedimentary layers of herbs and fruit that just kept peeling and revealing over time. The wine still showed so much youth that my other two bottles will have to wait until the 2020s before they see the light of day. Magnificent!
