  January 1, 2015 - Delicious bottle with tenderloin on New Years. Slow ox for 4 hours. Beautiful fruit on the nose and palate. Think I would skip the slow-ox next time or at least cut back to an hour. Although delicious not quite on par with earlier bottles of this.
