  January 4, 2015 - This just hit the spot tonight, as it was very well balanced.
  25% New oak with only 10% malolactic, nonetheless this showed just the right amount of oak along with crisp (not searing) acidity with mineral and stone & tropical fruit notes.
  This paired well with chicken picatta.
