  January 5, 2015 - Followed over two days and notes are not very different from last tasting in Jan13. Bottle needs ~45 mins of air and to come to room temp to begin singing; bordeaux nose of earthy notes, muted red fruit. Fine tannins leave a polished/silky mouthfeel over the same earthy/red fruit flavors. Day one this showed more brightness and youth; softened as expected on Day 2, though hooked up to a nitro canister from the time uncorked. In the heart of its window, this was my last bottle and timing will not get any better.
