  ¿Es el 2005 una añada con más fruta? Bueno, conforme a esta botella, este año no lo es. Aromas a madera, chocolate con leche y altamente especiados. Todos están en armonía y buen combinados. También notas a galleta.
  Delgadita en boca, de cuerpo medio y todavía muy ácida.
  Recomendaría guardarla pero sabiendo que se perderá algo de estructura y acidez a futuro.
  Acompañó unas ortiguillas, rabas de calamar y un revuelto de bacalao con patatas en el restaurante El Almirez de Madrid. Previamente pedí una 904 2001 que aparecía en carta pero no la encontraron😳.
