  January 10, 2015 - When we first opened this it was very closed down, flat and uninspired so I put a cork in it and let it sit a few days. Definitely benefitted from the air time as it came out with some rip dark fruit layered with a touch of chocolate, fine grained tannins and a medium amount of acidity.
