  January 21, 2015 - Dark Cabernet fruit with secondary notes of mushrooms and earth. Medium acidity and tannins the nose still had an earthy element but it added complexity. This was great with braised beef cheeks at a Portuguese restaurant Bitoque in Montreal. 91-92 points.
