January 26, 2015 - Pop and pour, half into a decanter, half into another bottle to see what it looks like tomorrow. Compared to previous bottles, the tannins are smoother, albeit still present. The fruit is still there, as is a slight note of tar, and some black pepper. Perhaps this is finally starting to settle down a bit?
