  September 29, 2007 - After reading some earlier reviews, I decanted the wine for about 30 minutes. It had a beautiful golden honey color. It had a lovely nose and drank wonderfully with strong hints of honey and pears with a soft almost sweet finish. It went wonderfully with grilled chicken and grilled vegatables. I am going to buy more!
