  February 9, 2015 - Dense ruby coloring. Aromas and flavors of purple and black fruits, meat, and minerals, with full body, and medium acid and finish. Showed best around 1-2 hrs. open, and paired well with beef stew. While not my favorite style of wine, I can appreciate its quality, and I do see some potential for aging a few more years for my taste.
