  March 1, 2015 - Excellent champagne (see previous notes) that is perfectly balanced with lush fruit and acidity. Just great enjoyed at Bistro Campagne in Lincoln Square with a carmelized onion streudel and brandade croquettes. Fell in love with this champagne while visiting Nicolas Chiquet in Dizy and have a been a big fan ever since. I adore this vintage of the Club.
