March 29, 2015 - This has a clean, citrus-based profile which has not a hair out of place but somehow doesn't quite express any part of itself with enough confidence to show true Chablis character. Just a little clinical in comparison to the other Fevre's I've tried but perfectly decent at this level and price (£9). Might be worth hanging on until 2016 for the next one.

6/8/15, 3:53 PM - This made me not open my last bottle this summer and keep it till next year.

6/11/15, 2:13 PM - It'll be interesting to compare notes next year!

3/15/16, 12:32 PM - We may have to postpone further. See TN by dgkula 3/14/2016, it would make that 2018 at least.

8/30/16, 1:30 PM - The Wine Society (UK) (from whom i bought a case so can check drink date advice) originally gave drink dates 2015-2020 but have moved these to 2016-2020.

2/12/17, 1:05 PM - Thank you, OneForTheStairs, I will make a compromise between that info and the doubtful quality of my cellar and postpone until 2019.
