  April 17, 2015 - N: cherry, soy sauce, violets, just a touch of caramel and vanilla. P: smooth and even with a strong initial wave of plum and cherry backed by some tacky tannins, transitioning to leather. A little window of cleaner cherry flavor as the mid palate transitions to a lingering toasty note. This is much better than my first bottle, very nice.
