  Popped and poured.
  Pale transparent gold in colour.
  Medium fruit palate, mellow mouthfeel, white stone fruits, mid palate nectarine, mild oak spice as it warms in the glass, lime. Mild acidity refreshes the long lemon, lime finish.
  
  30 minutes open and warming in the glass, bolder fruit flavour, some tropical notes and oak presence which structures the wine rather than distracting from it. Enjoyable presence in the glass. Bold yet in stark contrast to the salinity and crisp structure of Chablis. Still, my preferences are moving towards Chablis.
