  April 16, 2015 - Beautiful, complex, old-fashioned Kabinett. light and airy, understated peachfruit, fabulous minerality and a typical earthy, gravelly, hearty soy-like complexity. Resolving residual sweetness and tiptoe-ing acidity provide exceptional balance and finesse. Alas, ultra-traditional wines like these are getting very rare. Last bottle from my stash... :(
