  April 21, 2015 - From 75cl, v. good layered champagne cork, same batch as my previous TNs. Superbly aromatic, apple-dominated palate, gentle but persistent bubbles, very long, tingling apple-acidic finish. My previous bottle must have been faulty (or my palate was shot on 31.12.2014, which is, I admit, a possibility) as the dosage seems perfectly in balance here. 91P
