  April 23, 2015 - 1st bottle of the 2010 Demuth for me. Took a while to open up and didn't really fully blossom. A bit faint at present. Still quite nice, but lacking in the depth I associate this site with. I will reexamine after a day in bottle to see if gained in complexity.
