  April 23, 2015 - Juicy red cherries, raspberries, licorice along with black pepper, herbs and cocoa on the nose. The palate matches though the fruit is more pronounced than the other flavors. Medium acidity and light+ tannins. I'm writing my note on day three and this is drinking better today than the past two- that makes me think this will age well even if the structure isn't as full as what I'd normally expect would make a good aging wine.
