    May 10, 2015 - Mid golden in colour. The nose is showing some evolution. It's still got some citrus acidity, and that just holds the palate together, it's definitely mature Chardonnay with a lovely depth of flavour and finish, I'm glad I took a chance on one of these bottles as this is delicious

    7/22/15, 3:44 AM - I love Droin's Chablis - question though - was it sealed with a Diam or with a standard cork? These days Droin are all Diam sealed but wondered how far back that has been the case.
