May 15, 2015 - PnD let air for 1hr. drank 2/3 of the bottle over 2hrs. Dark claret saturated purple to the rim. Smoky fig cassis vanilla blueberry pepper and meat on the nose. Medium weight with generous ripe tannins. Big blue and black flavours with a touch of soy vanilla peppered beef jerky. Lingering blueberry finish with cleansing acidity. Delicious and sorry to see off my last bottle which was the best of all. Peaking nicely.
