  May 17, 2015 - A well crafted cabernet with new world fruit and old world structure. Still young with aromas of fresh blackberry jam, eucalyptus and pencil shavings. A complex mouthfeel that reveals layers of black cherry, dark chocolate and wet slate. Plenty of acidity keeps this lively on the 30 second mineral driven finish. Will continue to develop for another 15-20 years.
