May 21, 2015 - Drank at Morgans with oysters and grilled mahi. Pale yellow color, not a particularly generous nose but got some citrusy, even oceanic aromas. Medium bodied, nice minerality & stony quality, moderate acidity level, along with good fruit and a pleasantly round mouthfeel. Some citrus, some peach, and good amount of minerality, though not overwhelmingly so. Not a particular stark or traditional example of a 1er cru chablis, but I found it quite enjoyable nonetheless.
