  May 29, 2015 - Dark garnet body; somewhat opaque. Still purple on the rim. Aromas and flavors of raspberry, some blueberry, cigar box from the oak, spice and some cola. Fairly full bodied and intense fruit. Good structure. Tannins are not totally resolved, but resolved enough to enjoy the wine now. Still, I'll wait a year or so before opening the next bottle. A long and fairly lingering finish. Paired nicely with Atlantic salmon.
