May 30, 2015 - An understated, balanced, and elegant rose on the mineral rather than fruity side of the spectrum. I prefer this style to the more fruity styles we see quite often from Spain and the new world. Kind of a "baby Domaine Tempier". Good stuff for those that like this style.
