  June 20, 2015 - Light golden color and no hint of premox. Lovely nose of buttered corn, lemons and chalky minerals. On the palate, this is just beautiful and absolutely delicious with incredible flavors of limestone, mint, sweet corn and spices. Fairly delicate for Montrachet and lacks the typical tropical fruits and exotic nature of many bottlings but this is so pure and elegant and there is a fine complexity on the finish with great minerals notes that is to die for. Ready now but no rush.
